SHIPPING POLICY
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of taxes and worldwide free shipping. We will ship your purchase within 3-5 working days from our logistics centre in Hong Kong after the payment has been verified. Your product will be packed and secured with KLASSE14’s original, sustainable packing.
SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES
We provide free worldwide shipping via DHL, FedEx and Hong Kong Post Office Services etc (depending on the shipping destination) for all purchases, with no minimum purchase charge. We also provide express shipping at an additional cost for customers who want to receive their order earlier.
Delivery times vary across different locations and according to the local couriers. Please see the tables below for the delivery lead times based on different location. Due to the Covid-19, the exact delivery lead time may varies case by case, however we always look for the best shipment option to make sure the parcel will be received by our customer as early as it would.
